We know that there are a lot of property investors out there, so we are keen to provide you with information......

When deciding what to include in this section we were mindful of the fact that there are (literally) hundreds of sites out there that are dedicated to the topic of Real Estate Investing.  Rather than attempt to tackle this topic in detail (we'd need a hundred pages!) we thought it would be more useful to provide links to three of the best (in our opinion!): -

The first site is massive collection of articles offered by the US Real Estate Investing Club.  As the site is hosted from the US, be aware that some of the content may not be applicable to Australian property investors. Nevertheless - for general information and ideas, it’s difficult to go past it!  The articles are updated twice each month, so keep an eye open for the new content. For those that are keen to join an Australian-based forum, then Somersoft is a great option. Again this site is stockpiled full of information, mostly contributed by real-live Australian investors that are out there doing it.  The forum has a great community spirit where most investors are more than willing to offer solid, practcial advice -  Click Here to go to the forum.


Another excellent Australian-based forum is Propertyinvesting.com.  Hosted by Steve McKnight (author of several great books), it's fresh, up-to-date and covers more than 10,000 topics!  You can also subscribe to Steve's useful (and free!)
