Once the inspections have been successfully completed and the funds approved the buyer can celebrate with the knowledge that, at 5.00pm on the fifth business day the contract will become “unconditional”.  The property is pronounced SOLD!!!!

Note: -

If the buyer chose to rescind the contract prior to the end of the cooling off period, the notification must be served in writing. Normally the solicitor /conveyancer will organise this.
