The sold data is data representing sales from the last 6 months. There are other sources of data that you can use, such as Home Price Guide or RP Data reports (as well as other guides). These can provide data over longer time periods. At this point I’m going to recommend that you visit our website and download a FREE Market Analysis Report (for any suburb in the Hornsby or Baulkham Hills Local Authority). The cover sheet of the report outlines the info. that you get: - Properties for Sale Showing properties currently for sale in the requested area.
